This stretch delivers one of the Long Trail’s most iconic climbs: Camel’s Hump. The mountain’s rocky summit provides 360-degree alpine views of Lake Champlain, the Adirondacks, and the White Mountains. The approach is strenuous, but shelters and campsites make it manageable.
